Subscription Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the available subscription management options or by contacting us at contact@nqshat.com.

Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals. Your Pro benefits will generally remain available until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a previous payment.

When you delete your Nqshat account, your active subscription will be cancelled to prevent future renewals. Your Pro benefits may remain available until the end of your current paid billing period, where supported by the payment provider.

Deleting your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already made. Unused AI tokens, saved designs, and other account data may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Any personal information that we are legally required or otherwise lawfully permitted to retain will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You may request a refund within three (3) calendar days of your initial Pro subscription payment, subject to the conditions below and applicable law.

• Token usage threshold: Requests for a discretionary refund due to a change of mind may be declined if you have consumed 25% or more of the AI tokens included in your subscription. For example, if your subscription includes 5,000 tokens, consuming 1,250 tokens or more makes you ineligible for a discretionary change-of-mind refund.
• Limited usage: Refund requests submitted within the three-day period with token consumption below the 25% threshold may be considered on a case-by-case basis. A refund is not automatic.
• Other paid features: For paid features that do not use AI tokens, we may consider the extent of their use when reviewing a discretionary refund request.
• Renewal payments: Renewal payments are generally not eligible for refunds due to a change of mind once the renewed billing period has started, subject to applicable law.
• Billing errors: Duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors will be investigated and corrected as appropriate.
• Technical issues: If a technical problem prevents you from accessing paid features, contact us so we can investigate and determine an appropriate remedy.
• Account suspension: If your account is suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service, your subscription will not renew and you will not be eligible for a refund.

This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To request a refund, email contact@nqshat.com using the email address associated with your account. Include your payment receipt or order reference and a brief explanation of your request.

If your subscription expires or is cancelled, your account will revert to the Free plan. Access to Pro-only features will end when your paid subscription period expires.

We will communicate material changes to subscription prices or billing terms as required by applicable law.

Payments are processed through the payment provider presented at checkout. Additional payment-provider terms may apply to your transaction.

Where a payment provider acts as the merchant of record, it may also have its own refund procedures and obligations. Nothing in this policy overrides applicable law or the rights and obligations of the relevant parties.
