Terms of Service

You must be over 12 years old to use Nqshat. Applicable laws may require parental consent or additional arrangements for users who have not reached the age at which they can independently consent to data processing.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, keeping your login credentials secure, and activities conducted through your account. Please contact us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Nqshat provides digital tools to help users design merchandise products, preview designs on products, use certain AI tools, prepare design files and print information, and export files.

Nqshat is not a printing, manufacturing, or shipping company. We do not print, manufacture, or deliver physical products. Users independently select and deal with their own printing or manufacturing providers.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features to improve the platform or for operational or legal reasons.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of others.
• Upload, create, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Upload malicious software or attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform.
• Circumvent subscriptions, usage limits, or security measures.
• Use the platform in a way that harms the service or other users.

If we reasonably suspect a violation, we may take appropriate action, including restricting features, suspending an account, or terminating access, subject to applicable law.

Your designs and content remain yours, or belong to their respective rights holders where applicable. These Terms do not give you ownership of third-party content or materials you do not have permission to use.

When you upload content or create or save a design on Nqshat, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to process, store, and technically reproduce that content to the extent necessary to provide the services you request, operate and maintain the platform, and protect its security.

This permission does not give us the right to use your designs for marketing, publicly display them, or sell them to others. It does not authorize uses independent of providing the service.

If you delete your content or account, removal from systems and backups may take some time. We may retain information where required by law.

Unless otherwise stated, the platform, software, interfaces, trademarks, and original platform elements belong to Nqshat or the relevant rights holders.

You may use the platform under these Terms. This does not transfer ownership of any part of the platform to you. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit protected platform elements without appropriate permission.

Digital tools and AI features may produce errors or unexpected results. Outputs may resemble results generated for other users or works that already exist.

Rights in any design remain subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and relevant licensing terms. You are responsible for verifying that your use of a design, particularly for commercial purposes, does not infringe others' rights.

Currently, Nqshat does not use user data to train or improve AI models. Content may be processed as necessary to provide the features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Digital previews, print plans, and measurements provided by Nqshat are intended to help users plan and prepare designs. They do not guarantee that the final printed product will exactly match the on-screen preview.

Colors, materials, dimensions, print areas, and final results may vary depending on the product, printer, and production settings. You should verify your files, measurements, and the printing provider's requirements before production.

Nqshat does not guarantee that every printing provider will accept every file, and we are not responsible for the quality of products manufactured by third parties or production errors outside our control.

Some features may require a paid subscription or be subject to usage limits. Pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Subscription Policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Please review the subscription details before completing payment. These Terms do not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

We aim to provide a stable platform and continuously improve it, but interruptions, errors, maintenance, or feature changes may occur.

We seek to protect information as far as reasonably possible. You are also responsible for keeping copies of important files that you export or save outside the platform.

You may stop using Nqshat at any time. You may also delete your account directly through the Delete Account option in your account settings on the platform or by contacting us.

When you delete your account, we will begin deleting your personal data and account-related content in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements. Removing certain copies from systems and backups may take time, and we may retain certain information where required by law.

Deleting your account cancels your active subscription to prevent future renewals, but does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Please refer to our Subscription Policy for details.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if security risks or legal obligations require us to do so, subject to applicable law. If your account is suspended or terminated for violating these Terms, your subscription will not renew and no refund is due, as set out in our Subscription Policy.

We provide Nqshat and its tools based on their available capabilities and make reasonable efforts to maintain and improve them.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, or from printing and manufacturing decisions made by users or services provided by third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms when our services, practices, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised last-updated date.

Where the law requires notice or consent for a particular change, we will follow the applicable requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to the extent they apply to the use of the platform. Disputes will be handled by the competent judicial authorities in accordance with applicable law.

This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under consumer protection laws applicable to you.
